In My Kitchen: Coconut Oil

Coconut Oil

When choosing the perfect oil to use in the kitchen, we prefer coconut oil. It is one of the healthiest oils you can use for cooking and frying.

Although it has a “bad rep” for being high in saturated fat, it actually helps improve heart health, supports your immune system and increases your metabolism.

Don’t be surprised to find us substituting coconut oil for other oils in our recipes. Cheers to good health!
